Trust

If you truly trust yourself there’s no one you can’t trust.

If you seek love, approval, security or survival from outside sources then you do not trust yourself to provide these and you will inevitably attract people that don’t give them to you until you learn to give them to yourself.

Trust means knowing nothing outside of you can hurt you. You allow permission to everything that occurs to you through the thoughts and feelings you have; your sensory perception is your reality.

Deep accountability with Self is the only way to trust others.

How you treat yourself is how the world will treat you.

Self trust is the armour that makes you impenetrable by any weapon.
